Payment PlanAgreement

This agreement governs all payment plan arrangements between the customer and Jes Custom Wigs. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Parties to This Agreement

This Payment Plan Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:

  • Merchant: Jes Custom Wigs, owned and operated by Jessica Johnson, located in Louisiana, United States ("Jes Custom Wigs," "we," "us," or "our").
  • Customer: The individual placing an order and entering into a payment plan arrangement ("you" or "Customer").

By submitting a deposit or entering into a payment plan arrangement with Jes Custom Wigs, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. Payment Structure

All payment plan orders are structured as follows:

First Payment — 50% Deposit

Due at the time of order placement. Production will not begin until this deposit is received and confirmed. This payment is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, personal circumstances, or order cancellation initiated by the Customer.

Second Payment — Remaining 50% Balance

Due upon notification that the custom wig is complete and ready for shipment or pickup. The completed unit will not be shipped or released until the remaining balance is paid in full. Failure to pay the remaining balance within 21 calendar days of completion notice may result in forfeiture of the order without refund of the deposit.

The total order price will be confirmed in writing (via email or text message) at the time of order placement. Both parties agree to the stated total before production begins.

3. Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once submitted. By paying the deposit, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The deposit compensates Jes Custom Wigs for the time, materials, and labor committed to beginning the custom order.
  • Custom wigs are made-to-order and cannot be resold or repurposed once production has begun.
  • No refund will be issued for the deposit regardless of the reason for cancellation, including personal emergencies, financial hardship, or dissatisfaction with the order prior to completion.
  • If Jes Custom Wigs is unable to fulfill the order due to circumstances on our end, the Customer will receive a full refund of all payments made.

Important Notice

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for the non-refundable deposit constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may be considered fraudulent misrepresentation. Jes Custom Wigs reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in such cases.

4. Production Timeline & Delivery

Estimated production time will be communicated at the time of order. Standard custom orders are typically completed within 21 business days from receipt of the deposit, though timelines may vary based on order complexity and volume.

  • Jes Custom Wigs will notify the Customer via the contact information provided when the order is complete and the remaining balance is due.
  • Shipping will be arranged only after the remaining balance is paid in full.
  • The Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Jes Custom Wigs is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided by the Customer.
  • If the Customer fails to pay the remaining balance within 21 calendar days of the completion notice, Jes Custom Wigs reserves the right to cancel the order. The deposit will not be refunded in such cases.

5. Fraud Prevention & Legal Action

Jes Custom Wigs takes fraud seriously and will pursue all available legal remedies against any Customer who engages in fraudulent activity. The following actions constitute fraud and/or breach of this Agreement:

  • Filing a false or unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or payment processor after receiving goods or services.
  • Providing false identity, contact, or payment information for the purpose of obtaining goods or services without full payment.
  • Intentionally refusing to pay the remaining balance after the completed unit has been confirmed and delivered.
  • Misrepresenting the condition of received goods to obtain a refund or chargeback.
  • Any other act intended to deceive Jes Custom Wigs for financial gain.

Legal Consequences

In the event of fraud or breach of this Agreement, Jes Custom Wigs reserves the right to:

  • Report the fraudulent activity to the appropriate payment processor, financial institution, and/or law enforcement agencies.
  • Pursue civil legal action to recover the full value of the order, associated legal fees, court costs, and any additional damages.
  • Permanently ban the Customer from placing future orders with Jes Custom Wigs.
  • Share information about fraudulent activity with other small business owners and relevant consumer protection agencies as permitted by law.

By entering into this Agreement, the Customer acknowledges that fraudulent activity will result in legal action and accepts full financial and legal responsibility for any such conduct.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • The Customer agrees to provide accurate personal, contact, and payment information at the time of order.
  • The Customer agrees to communicate any changes to their order in writing (via email or text) before production begins. Changes requested after production has started may not be accommodated and will not affect the non-refundable nature of the deposit.
  • The Customer agrees to respond to completion notifications in a timely manner and pay the remaining balance within the 14-day window.
  • The Customer agrees that by submitting payment, they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. The Customer may contact Jes Custom Wigs at:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States. Any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement shall be brought in the appropriate courts of Louisiana.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a deposit payment to Jes Custom Wigs, the Customer confirms that:

  • They are at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.
  • They have read and understood all terms set forth in this Agreement.
  • They agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
  • They understand that the deposit is non-refundable and that fraudulent activity will result in legal action.
